Our Good Call of the Week Goes to Carl Bowline

Carl Bowline is a business owner and is a member of the Selma City Council Ward 1. He serves on Black Belt Benefit Group’s board, is President of Old Depot Museum and is a former long-time board member of Sabra Sanctuary.

He works with people and organizations to help create events that bring the community together as well as bringing visitors to Selma. He stresses the importance of shopping local. He has work diligently with the Planning and Development Department to get a 50 year old drainage problem solved in his district.
