What’s not covered?

Normal wear, pre-existing damage or malfunction, theft or loss, and cosmetic damage to your device are not covered.

For Claims where replacement is approved, replacements may be new or reconditioned equipment and may have minor flaws. If the exact make and model is not available, you will receive a similar device of equal monetary value.

If you enroll in the plan you may cancel your coverage at any time with no cancellation fee.
